How is the Challenge set up?

Each week, you get an on-demond video that walks you through a strategy. The videos are no longer than 30 minutes. You can watch them at your own pace, on your desktop or mobile device.

BUT, you also get to meet with me and your cohort IN PERSON each week for a workshop on that week's strategy. You'll also have an opportunity to get in the "hot seat" to really dig into your project details.

I've been teaching online in higher education for more than a decade. And that experience pays off. My clients often say how much they feel like I'm right there in the room with them--even when they're online. I'm bringing the energy and professional support you need to keep you going and keep you accountable!

Each week has a short lesson in an easy to follow video presentation (no more than 30 minutes) with activities meant to keep you on a steady pace and get you ready for our weekly workshop.

Because we are operating as a cohort, I want to make sure that everyone works together on pace toward achieving jumpstart goals. You'll receive the lesson on the same day and time each week, so you can plan accordingly.

Our weekly Q&A sessions will last 1 hour.

Listen, I know what it's like have a big, complex vision that seems like too much to figure out inside an already busy life.

I was an Academic for more than 20 years when I started feeling like I wanted MORE. I wanted more meaningful impact--to give more and, well, to MAKE more. But I couldn't see how. So I prayed. I fasted. And what emerged was a revelation in the obvious: You have talents. Multiply them.

But isn't it too late? I'm in my Second Season, after all.

How do I find the time? Wife, mom, full-time job, that dog...

It's going to take resources...

But, God.

I realized that my excuses for not stepping out...were just that--EXCUSES.

I realized that no one was stopping me, but ME.

It wasn't money. (We find resources for what we really want.)

It wasn't time. (It's amazing how much you can find!)

It wasn't my age. (If I'm breathing, God isn't done with me...)

Also: I know that tomorrow isn't promised.

So, if not now...then WHEN? I had to get myself together.

So I did it. I stepped toward my vision, and God met me there--and revealed how I could multiply talents into new streams of income and impact.

Multiplying my gifts is a matter of OBEDIENCE.

My purpose is revealed through my talents. The more I operate in them, the more of my authentic self I become.

It's the key to my abundant life--and to my sustained JOY.

Now I am still an Academic, but I'm ALSO a professional Actor & Voice Over Artist. I'm writing plays and screenplays, helping others with their writing projects, and loving every minute of it.
